陆嘉德 博士
陆嘉德，医学博士、管理学硕士、新加坡医学科学院院士，《常见肿瘤治疗进展》项目发起人、主编，《中华肿瘤网》、《中华临床肿瘤学网》特邀常务编委。
现任新加坡国立健保集团癌症医学院、国立大学医院肿瘤放疗科顾问医生、临床科研主任，上海复旦大学肿瘤医院特聘教授，美国癌症信息网首席医学顾问。担任《Asia-Pacific Journal of Clinical Oncology》(亚太临床肿瘤学杂志)编委，《中国癌症》杂志特邀常务编委。1992年毕业于美国纽约州立大学（State University of New York at Buffalo）生物化学系，获学士学位；1996年毕业于该校医学院并获医学博士；2004年至2005年间就读于美国洛杉矶加州大学（UCLA）管理学院，并获管理学硕士。1997年～2001年间于美国佛罗里达迈阿密大学研修肿瘤放射治疗学，于2001年获美国放射医学院肿瘤临床放射治疗学专科资质证书（Board-Certified）。
2001年因临床科研成就获北美放射医学协会（RSNA）科研奖。目前主要从事肿瘤临床治疗与科研工作，尤其是肿瘤分子生物学研究、肿瘤靶向治疗、多学科整合治疗与肿瘤的立体适形放疗和调强适形放疗。近五年来在包括《Cancer》、《CancerJournal》、《Head and Neck》等欧美主流医学期刊发表学术论文三十余篇、主编书籍一部。
