[摘要] 选择性颈淋巴结照射是治疗临床N0期头颈部肿瘤的常用方式，三维适形放射治疗和调强放射治疗的临床应用要求基于影像学的淋巴结分区与勾划的准则。本文对几种常用的颈淋巴结的影像学分区方法以及在适形放射治疗中的应用情况作一详细综述。

[Abstract] Elective neck irradiation is usually used as the modality of choice for the treatment of phase N0 head and neck cancers. The increasing implementation of 3-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3-DCRT) and intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) has imposed an urgent need on imaging-based guidelines for the classification and delineation of the neck nodal areas. Several imaging-based classification methods and their application in conformal radiotherapy have been reviewed in this article.
